When buying goods or services on the internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. We must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. We will email you to confirm that your order has been received, but this does not constitute our acceptance of that order.
We will be deemed to have accepted your order on despatch of the products ordered unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with our Terms & Conditions below. You will receive another email from us when your order is despatched.
Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us and you need to be over 18 (the legal age to contract legally) to use this site.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt. We are sorry but personalised products, food, CD's or DVD's (once partly or wholly opened) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
Due to the personalised nature of some of our products, we are not able to offer refunds or accept returns/exchanges on any personalised products, unless the item you receive is damaged or defective, or if there has been an error on our behalf. Please check your order carefully as we cannot refund products which have been spelt incorrectly.
The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. Due to the individual nature of personalised goods, they cannot be re-sold, and we therefore do not accept returns if you have changed your mind.
We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 14 days of receipt. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition so please take care of them and pack them appropriately.
The customer is responsible for returning items to Made for Men. Made for Men can not be held accountable for returned items which go missing during transit.
We recommend you request a Proof of Postage certificate (free) from the Post Office if you return your goods.
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse. A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund. We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
AJCommerce Ltd endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date but gives no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of the information. All measurements given are approximate.
Errors may occur due to human error or for reasons beyond our control eg alterations to the rate of Value Added Tax. If we find a pricing error in one of the products you have purchased where the correct price is higher than the price displayed on the website, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we aren’t able to contact you then we will cancel the order and refund any payment in full. No Discounts will apply to Days Out products, Personalised Products, Picnic Baskets or Hampers Unless specifically specified.
Where we show a reduced price on our website the following policy shall apply. The ‘was’ price is the highest price the item has been offered for sale by us in the last 12 months and will have applied for a continuous period of 28 days or more.
Clearance products and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn by us without notice. We reserve the right to cancel a promotion or reject redemption of a promotional code when stock runs out or when the total value of the promotional codes already exceeds a certain financial value.
Promotional discount codes may occasionally be published by us or through third parties which may apply to any or specified purchases made through this website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
Any free gift or special offer product is subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to substitute such products entirely at our discretion. Discount codes for free gift items and Special Offer products can only be redeemed in conjunction with the purchase of full-price items to the level specified.
Free delivery offers apply to Standard Delivery only and does not include the Next Day Delivery option. Such offers may be extended or removed at any time.
Full payment will be taken with your order.
Our delivery options and charges are specified on our website. Shipping outside the UK may incur additional delivery costs. Heavy items may be subject to a delivery surcharge which will be shown on the applicable product page.
Where items ordered are out of stock we will deliver in two stages. The first order containing all in-stock items will be despatched immediately. Other than in December, all remaining items will be despatched together once the last item arrives in stock. You may request that items are despatched individually as they come into stock, but this may incur additional charges. In the lead-up to Christmas, items will be despatched individually as they arrive in stock.
All orders which contain alcohol will be shipped by a partner company who is fully licenced to sell alcohol
We will deliver to the address requested at the time you make the order and it is your responsibility to ensure the details are correct and that there will be someone there to accept delivery. Next Day Delivery orders and deliveries of large/heavy items will require a signature. If your order is returned to us because the carrier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for any repeat delivery costs.
You will take ownership of the goods once they have been delivered after which point they are held at your own risk and we will not be held liable for their loss or destruction.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, quality control issues, strikes, industrial disputes, breakdown of I.T. systems, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
We make no promise that the items on our website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom, and accessing our website from countries where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside of the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

If cancelling your contract, please complete the returns form in the parcel and package the goods appropriately to ensure that they are returned in perfect condition. We recommend you request a Proof of Postage certificate (free) from the Post Office if you return your goods.
Any sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order only once the goods have been returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If the goods are not received in good condition, we reserve the right not to refund or to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; we do not deliver to your area or one or more items was listed at an incorrect price due to human error. If
we do cancel your contract we will notify you and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted from your credit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience suffered.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the incorrect quantity is delivered, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive the goods ordered within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option either
·To make good any shortage or non-delivery
·To replace any goods that are damaged or defective
·To refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question
We will not be held liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and will have no liability to pay you any money by way of compensation.
Further, we cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the delivery carrier or post office.
All transactions are deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and as such are governed and interpreted by English Law.
Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale on our website. We shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading other than for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The entire content of our website (including pictures, logos, photographs, videos and text) are the copyright of AJCommerce Ltd . The copying, modification or reproduction of any of this material may constitute an infringement of the owners’ rights.
We reserve the right to edit and/or not publish your review submissions. This is to avoid unsavoury language appearing on our website. All reviews submitted to the site are the property of AJCommerce Ltd .
In addition to the above Terms and Conditions and specifically for Days Out Vouchers, please note the following:
AJCommerce acts as a third party facilitator for the organizer of the experience and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have about any of the experiences you find on this site. We are always pleased to hear your feedback and welcome any comments you may have. These comments help us to ensure the quality of the experiences remains at the highest level and help us to accept or reject new experiences throughout the year.
The contract for the experience is between you and AJCommerce. The actual fulfillment of the experience is by a third party operator on our behalf. The timing, descriptions and photographs of any experiences appearing on the site, information pack or otherwise communicated are intended only to present a general idea of the experience and shall not bind AJCommerce. We reserve the right to alter any part of the experience where such an alteration has been imposed by the operator. The experience is offered subject to availability and weather conditions; therefore neither AJCommerce nor the organizers can guarantee that the experience will not be withdrawn by the operator if the weather conditions on the day render the experience unsafe. The experience will then be rescheduled for another date. In the event of an experience being discontinued by the operator due to any reason, the customer or recipient will be offered an alternative location to undertake the experience. However if this is not suitable or available a refund will be provided subject to our terms and conditions below. Session lengths are meant as an approximation only. As AJCommerce features multi-location experiences, session lengths, styles and numbers may vary from location to location.
The experience is provided subject to any restrictions stated on the site or via other information provided e.g. the person undertaking the experience must have a valid driving license. A failure to comply with such a restriction will prevent the customer or recipient from undertaking the activity and in such circumstances AJCommerce is under no duty to provide an alternative experience or a refund. Please note that the recipient must provide a proof of their age if requested to do so.
The recipient will not be permitted to commence the experience unless in possession of a valid voucher. A voucher will be deemed invalid if out of date, somebody other than the person specified wishes to undertake the experience, or the experience specified does not correspond with the experience which the customer or recipient wishes to undertake. The voucher is valid until the date specified on it. If the customer or recipient is unable to utilise the voucher before the expiry date, then upon the original voucher being returned to AJCommerce prior to the date of expiry; the payment of an administration fee of 25% of the value of the voucher, subject to a minimum fee of £25.00, and the payment of any increase in the operators fees (if applicable) the company shall reissue a voucher for the same experience which shall be valid for a further 6 months and subject to refund and cancellation terms as stated below.
The customer or recipient may exchange the voucher for another experience on the site subject to the payment of any difference in price of the experience. The customer or recipient shall not be permitted to exchange the voucher if the experience has been booked with the operator. The customer or recipient will not be allowed to exchange the voucher or be entitled to a refund in the event of losing the voucher.
Due to the nature of some experiences, participating in an experience may be dangerous to health. Accordingly the recipient must notify both a representative of the organizers before ordering the experience and a representative of the operator before commencing the experience of any medical condition likely to affect them.
The price stated on the site is inclusive of VAT. AJCommerce reserves the right to change prices without notice subject to Made4men informing the customer of the new price at the time of ordering. The customer shall pay the price in full at the time of ordering and no voucher shall be issued unless the full price has been paid.
AJCommerce will refund any customer in full if the gift pack is returned to AJCommerce within 14 days of purchase. After this date and until one month before the voucher’s expiry date, AJCommerce will charge an administration fee of 25% (subject to a minimum charge of £25.00) of the voucher price, provided the voucher has not expired and the experience had not been booked with the operator. Vouchers cannot be refunded within one month of their expiry date. AJCommerce reserves the right to discontinue an experience or individual operator at its own discretion and should a suitable alternative be unavailable the customer shall be entitled to a full refund. Any refunds will be payable to the purchaser of the gift and in the event of a credit card payment, will be refunded directly to the credit card used to purchase the experience. The customer or the recipient shall not receive a refund if the experience does not take place because of national war, prohibitive government regulation or anything else beyond the reasonable control of AJCommerce or the operator. If a date has been booked for the experience, then charges may apply should you wish to cancel the experience. This charge will vary from supplier to supplier and occasionally may mean you lose your booking completely if the supplier cannot fill your place on the experience.
If the customer or recipient has any complaint relating to the experience or the service provide by the operator they should be addressed to AJCommerce who will in turn address the complaint to the operator.
Should the customer have to cancel an experience for any of the following reasons, they may claim against the automatic Cancellation Insurance to a maximum of £500; accidental bodily injury, death, illness, compulsory quarantine, redundancy, jury service, death of a close relative, or mechanical breakdown. In some cases, evidence of your claim may be required. Should the customer have to claim for personal injury, they may claim against the automatic Personal Accident Insurance in the case of death and permanent total disablement to a maximum of £50,000. Temporary total disablement is covered for up to £150 per week, payable for a maximum of 104 weeks from the date of the Accident, and excluding of the first 14 days each and every loss. A full list of terms and conditions relating to insurances are included in each gift pack.
AJCommerce does not act as an agent or employee for the operator. Whilst we make every effort to monitor the service provided by the operator it does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the performance and safety standards of the operator with regard to the experience. Therefore any liability incurred by the customer or the recipient is the responsibility of the operator and not AJCommerce. AJCommerce shall not be liable for the death or personal injury of the customer, recipient or third party unless it is due to the negligence of AJCommerce. AJCommerce shall have no liability for damage to property, consequential losses or expenses suffered, which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses resulting from third party claims.
